• Cooperate with vendors and service providers recommended or engaged by Elegant Insight Events.
• Respond promptly to communications for approvals and decisions.

4. Cancellation and Termination

• Cancellation policies and fees are outlined in your service contract.
• We reserve the right to terminate services if payments are overdue or if unreasonable behavior occurs.

5. Intellectual Property

• All website content, graphics, logos, and materials are owned or licensed by Elegant Insight Events.
